GroundVis

For epoxy and coatings contractors

Walk out of the garage with the quote already written.

GroundVis scans the floor with your iPhone, measures it to the square foot, shows the homeowner their own garage with the new coating in it, and writes the quote into Jobber before you get back to the truck.

No tape measure

The LiDAR sensor measures the slab. Around the car, under the shelving, into the corners.

No guessing the color

Your own flake, photographed once, laid into the room at the size it really is.

No quoting from the office

Area, materials, repairs and grinding priced on the spot, at your rates.

How a job goes

  1. Scan the room

Walk the floor with the phone. GroundVis builds a photo-textured 3D model of the room from the LiDAR mesh and the camera, and measures the floor area from an occupancy grid rather than a rectangle — so an L-shaped garage with a furnace closet in the corner comes out as the floor you will actually coat, not the box it fits inside.

  2. Record what is wrong with the slab

Tag cracks, spalling and pitting with the camera and let it measure them. Take moisture readings against the limit your company will coat over. Note what is already down and has to be ground off. Leave a voice note and it writes itself up.

  3. Show them the floor

Pick one of your own materials and it goes down in the model. Stand in the room and look around, or lay it onto a photo of the actual garage. The homeowner is looking at their own floor with your product on it, not a sample board and an act of imagination.

  4. Price it and send it

Square footage drives the labor line and sizes every material from its coverage rate, with waste added before the rounding, because nobody buys most of a pail. Repairs price from your own catalog. One button writes it into Jobber as a draft quote — with a link on it the homeowner can tap to walk around the room again in their own browser, or stand it in their real garage in AR.

It plugs into Jobber. It does not replace it.

You already have a system. Clients, properties, scheduling, invoices, payments — that is Jobber's, and Jobber already approves quotes with a customer signature and takes deposits. GroundVis does not build a second, worse copy of any of it.

Jobber keeps

  • Clients and properties
  • Quotes, approval and signature
  • Deposits, invoices and payments
  • Scheduling and timesheets

GroundVis adds

  • The scan, the model and the measurement
  • The render of your material in their room
  • Coverage-rate pricing off the measured area
  • The link that rides along inside the quote

Signing in is connecting Jobber — there is no second password to hand out, and somebody removed in Jobber loses access here the same day.
